99 Restaurants

I have never had a bad meal at ANY of the 99 Restaurants. I've been many times, for MANY years. Many. I enjoy the menu, and how they update it often. The staff is super friendly!!! Auntie and I were comped here just because Aunties French Fries weren't hot enough. At the time they weren't allowed to bring the food back to the kitchen, so they got Auntie a fresh plate of food, and comped our meals. Wonderful. We are definitely loyal customers!

Never had a bad experience at any 99. All locations are a consistent New England staple. They're not afraid to change the menu which is great, and I look forward to their seasonal offerings from winter Mac & cheese creations to summer lobster rolls. Kids eat free when the Red Sox win, and they have a good rewards program for frequent diners. If you are in New England, it's practically mandatory to eat here, and when I moved away, this was the first place I would eat at during visits.

Truck driver from Canada- I have stopped here 2 weeks in a row. I had the Vermont burger one week and the honey bbq chicken wrap last week . Both the food and service was phenomenal. I love coming here when I deliver to Winchester. They have complimentary popcorn and the place is just fun to unwind and watch Sports. It’s very clean as well. I’m delivering there this week and I’m trying a STEAK. I can’t wait! Your Freind from Canada

When my family and I have the fish taco's at the Auburn, Massachusetts 99 we have no problem. This time we had the fish tacos at the Woburn, Massachusetts location but were very disappointed because we found them to be very spicy hot because the chef we figured out put hot peppers on them. Also the guacamole they gave us was medium not mild. We should have complained but didn't. Big mistake on our part. We will never eat the fish tacos in the Woburn Massachusetts 99 location again. I don't understand why they would put hot peppers on without asking first.
