Their new burger cost 7.40 and it was totally flavorless. It looked like it was sloppily thrown together and was way overcooked with no redness inside. I had to wait 20 minutes in drive thru with only one car in front of me at 4:45pm Tuesday. Plus a handwritten note on drive thru speaker advising shake machine is down. Bad experience.

I was at the counter for 3 mins and had to call for someone to come up front. It is very visible that the girls behind the counter are high. Then they tell me the credit card machine is not working. Then the manager comes over and is laughing and says she’s new so she doesn’t know what to do. How is the owner ok with this. Not a good look at all.

Got tha new waygross burger over cooked taste like someone took a dump on a five guy's burger i think it had been sitting for a while stick with the basics Arby's total disappointment.

I stopped every friday and tuesday for the same sandwich and shake. For the last two weeks when I get the shake it is in a small paper cup instead of larger plastic cup. When I question it the guy tells me that I am saving money although I am paying as much as I always have. I am getting 1/2 as much for same price. He always walks away before I can comment further. I tried calling to talk to mgr. but nobody answers phone at this location. Won't be going back.
