Culver's

Ordered 2 burgers and a concrete mixer with fudge, Oreo, and cookie dough and emphasized peanut allergy. The young woman at the drive through forgot one of the burgers as well as gave us a concrete mixer with snickers. Later, when we went inside to correct our order, the lady remarked loudly “why would someone order a nut allergy concrete mixer with snickers?” when the receipt said otherwise… we have never had a problem with this location but this lack professionalism, safety, and respect will keep us from going there again.

Great food, awesome place to grab a quick bite or go out to lunch with friends. Food was amazing! It's probably the closest thing to an actual restaurant and still being considered fast food. Super friendly and positive atmosphere and the interior is always very neat and clean. The employees are also very friendly and are willing to help if you need something. Definitely recommend! Also shout-out to Brett! Great server!

The customer service is always outstanding and very friendly. This is the only restaurant that I have visited frequently where the service and food are always great. It is refreshing to see young Americans in your establishment performing their duties well. I had walleye fish 2 days in a row and normally something I don't do that. Great customer service, clean place, nice to my kids and patient with my order. Food was great, but there needs to be some breaks in the price when you're ordering for your whole family. I just felt they priced themselves out of the fifth star, as the cost won't have me going back to a Culver's anytime soon, but was a nice treat every five years or so
