Came to get breakfast this morning and the workers were extremely rude basically threw our food out the window.

The food and service seems to get worse and more expensive each time I come here. My most recent visit they messed up the whole order except for 1 meal, but the fries they gave us had definitely been cooked hours before, couldn't even chew them. And to top it off, they forgot a whole chicken sandwich. I should have double checked when they gave it to me, but that's on me... however it's not rocket science to get an order with 4 items and 2 fries horribly wrong. Not to mention it cost $40, and that's the worst $40 I've ever spent. I'm done with Hardees.

Due to it taking a very long time for food thru drive thru the lady gave us free apple pies and cookies for kids. She was apologetic. We understood.

Nobody wants cold fries! Period The sandwiches was very sloppy and didn't want cheese when I specifically said no cheese. This place needs to be placed under new management. People need to be trained better here. Overall poor performance. I would give this place zero stars if that was an option. Hell McDonald's can throw together a better sandwich than Hardee's. It blows my mind to see this at a place of business.

Love their steak and chicken biscuit. Their gravy and biscuits are really good too. The coffee, not so much. ☹️

Fast service but help could be a little more reserve about calling people, "pardner". Sir would be much better. Best breakfast in Wise for speed and efficency.
