Wendy's

Not a typical experience for me but I pulled up 5 min before closing and was immediately informed it would be a 15 to 20 min wait for food. Lights were shut off while I was still ordering with cars in line behind me. The woman who had no name tag on was so rude that I almost left and donated the money I paid in hopes the owner could find better help. Do not recommend pulling up too late in this drive thru. Worst experience I have ever had in the food service industry. We pulled away with our jaws dropped.

Food was good. Service was awful. Got ours and the 2 orders before us wrong. Tried to explain what i ordered the lady was in to big a hurry to lession she just grabed a order of fries and put them in the bag. No dipping sauce put on the bag. The large fries we paid for may have has 10 fries in it. I appreciate the people that are working but please make sure of orders before you throw it at people. Sorry but thats how our experience was.

I luv Wendy's Bacon & Cheese Baked Potato. Plus I have the keychains for a free frosty for me & whomever I am with. But it seems that almost every time I am there, something has not been put N the bag. Granted, it usually is something small like the butter, or sour cream, or the dipping sauce, but when U specifically say that U would like to have 1 of those items, I feel U should get it. & Not after U stop to check the order to find that it is missing. Now the customer service is fantastic. People R very nice & polite. That's probably why I usually don't mind to get out of the car & walk back to the window for the lil thing that is missing.
