I used to love subway, what happened?? The turkey was very dry, the lettuce was soft, the spinach was wilted- actually brown on the ends, the onions were so soft that they looked like they had been grilled, the cucumbers were translucent… They almost look like they had been frozen and then thawed? The wrong sauce was on it too- same color, wrong sauce. I paid subway for a sandwich I threw out and came home and ate cereal.

Love to online order and simply pick up. This location always does well with my order and is very clean. Easy in and out. Subway menu and quality is also much improved.

Place was very clean and new looking but the music was way too loud and staff didn't listen. I had to repeat myself multiple times and my sandwich still came out wrong and the sweet tea was a bit sour. They seemed very overwhelmed but the were only a few people in at the time.

I gave this Subway a 3 stars rating due to the fact they do not honor the Subway coupons that are sent in the mail. I go to the Subway on 3801 S Charles Blvd, Greenville where they take Subway coupons. Their personnel are much more friendlier than those on Fire Tower too. FOLLOW UP: THEY ARE NOW TAKING HONORING COUPONS. I WILL GO THERE MORE OFTEN.

Placed an order at 12:30pm and was told that it was supposed to be ready at 12:50pm.
I arrived at the restaurant at 1pm and my order wasn’t even started. It’s not 1:10 and I’m still waiting.
What’s the point of ordering ahead when you’re going to be put last and have to wait 10x as long as everyone else in the restaurant?
Quite unacceptable. Won’t be back.

This Subway is good, could be a bit better. They need to have the pizzas like the other Subway has. One day I went, they were out of bread! Otherwise, good staff & food.

I visited this Subway in Winterville tonight. While watching the young man make our subs I noticed that he used the gloves he had on to ring someone up on the register. He never changed into clean gloves. I wanted to say something but didn’t (my fault). I kept thinking it’ll be ok but after thinking about how unsanitary that is, we just couldn’t eat them & through them in the trash! Next time whether it embarrasses them or not I’m going to say something. I can’t waist money like that & he should know better. The two young men were very nice but the one that served us was very unsanitary.
