Sakari Sushi

My husband and I come here semi-regularly as we live nearby and are never disappointed. Last night we decided to order the garlic butter edamame for an appetizer and loved it! We usually get the regular sea salt and it was a nice change. We also shared 3 rolls. The Ceviche roll (hot sauce on the side), Triple tail, and Twin Dragon roll. Our favorite was the twin dragon roll! The triple tail roll came with 6 pieces which was good for us, but it doesn’t say that on the menu. Server was so friendly, we really enjoyed him! We will definitely be back!

So I went to Sakari sushi for the first time last night, and I must say it did slightly exceeded my expectation however, it lacked in a few aspects which led me to give it three stars for food. 1. I forgot the name of the sushi, but the one with the eel on top of it either had a bone in it or a grain of sand, which made me think I broke my tooth or that feeling when you think you broke your tooth and you touch it to make sure it’s still there. lol. Still a good sushi though and would recommend. 2. The bread pudding tasted like it had freezer burn. I’m not sure why and I’m hoping it’s not because it really did. Maybe it was just my taste buds but something was off about it. Sushi overall was pretty good and pretty fresh and I would go back for it and skip out on the bread, pudding, dessert and the sushi with the eel on top of it.

My daughter and I were looking for a new sushi joint and we decided to try Sakari Sushi. We LOVED it. The 4 rolls we ordered were absolutely amazing. What made the experience even better was Clarissa who took care of us. Impeccable service. We will definitely be back with the rest of the family. Liked the fact the manager came around, making sure we were enjoying service and food. Everyone was super friendly and besides the construction going on outside, the ambience was nice!

We went here after a recommendation from a friend (we're from out of state and not familiar with the area). The food was absolutely delicious. Far better than any sushi we have ever had before. A bit pricey, but well worth it. You know what they say--you get what you pay for. You want great sushi, this is it. Hope to stop by here again before the end of our trip. :)

This little place is great! A little on the pricy side, but that's to be expected from restaurants in this general area. Indoor and outside dining available. Nice atmospher! We went here during their happy hour with my sister and 2 kids. Happy hour is from 3-6pm. The happy hour menu is quite small, only offering 2 rolls. Both are delicious. But their tasting menu has some delicious nuggets! Try their garlic edamame! Korean chicken wings?? Yes! Please! So good! The decor is tasteful, and the menu has some great offerings. My kids loved using their beginner friendly "kiddie chopsticks" and drinking Ramune sodas also. I would say their only minus would be the 1 bathroom stall. Be careful of others waiting outside the door so as not to hit them when exiting. But then again, after the pandemic ruined sharing open spaces, having a small, private bathroom to yourself for a few minutes is also nice. If you do need some open space, outside dining is also available. We will definitely be back 😋🍣
