Food was flavorful! Our favorite was the goat cheese flat bread appetizer. Never had anything with goat cheese before. Our server Jessica was very friendly and everything she suggested we had. Lavender lemonade was deliciousssss! Everything from wait time to food experience was amazing. We even got to be there for the live jazz band which just enhanced the experience all together. Definitely recommend

First time eating here and it was fantastic from beginning to end. Our wonderful Server Tasha, was extremely kind, helpful, and very attentive. The food was delicious in every way. Perfect spot for a date night with my husband. Nice jazz music started playing at 6pm… we will definitely be returning. Great ambiance too.

My husband and I decided to try a new restaurant for a date night and found FIRE on social media. We stopped in and left so incredibly impressed. Our waitress Mina was so friendly, patient and had wonderful recommendations! She recommended a certain craft beer that ended up being delicious, and suggested a specialty way of cooking their ribeye steak that we are still talking about 3 days later. We will definitely be returning and hopefully trying brunch very soon!

Loved the vibe, staff are upbeat and had great energy! I got the Turkey dinner and tater tots appetizer both were delicious! The season drink menu looked fun, wished I had tried the Christmas cookie cocktail.

This place is probably one of the best in Winter Haven. The atmosphere was very pleasant, and everyone that works there went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The decoration is modern and cozy. We ordered the crab cake appetizer. Delicious! My steak was perfectly cooked and flavorful. The cocktail menu is very good. There is something for everyone.
The server was top-notch. He was constantly checking on us and made sure our drinks were fresh. Overall, this place is an excellent option if you are in Winter Haven.

A group of 4 of us went in for Sunday brunch. My first time at Fire did not know what to expect. .. The brunch menu had something for everyone to try. I had the most delicious blueberry pancakes light fluffy and filled with sweet blueberries, then topped with fresh berries and a maple butter.
The others ordered a French toast, shrimp and grits, and the burger. Everyone had delicious meals. The service was perfect....attentive without being pushy.
We had drinks to start the brunch... I chose a bloody mary, in my opinion... it wasn't worth the cost. Yes, it had a sad piece of bacon, no olives or lime slices, or even a celery stick, just a sad piece of bacon. As I tried to drink, it was thicker juice than I expected and was so full of red pepper flakes to spicy for my liking. I ended up leaving 1/2 of the drink behind. I do enjoy a good bloody mary, but this wasn't one.
With all of this, yes, I would go back for lunch or dinner.

Best Steak ever! Only place I go in winter haven for a Perfect NY Strip! Bernaise sauce made it that much better! Prices are worth it for the quality! Sara was an excellent waitress. Even though Tasha the go to server for us!
Bartender Jess makes a perfect drink! And their ever changing drink specials are definitely worth checking out!
We love the small atmosphere and style! Very chic for Polk county and it’s refreshing! Definitely worth a try!

We were in Orlando for a Basketball Tournament and had an off day. We drove down to Winter Haven to get out of Orlando for a few hours. We found The Fire Restaurant. We were impressed with our find!!
We sat at the bar because they had a TV with football on. But this is not a sports bar. The building is very nice and large enough for any size group. There were lots of locals eating lunch.
I had a crab cake sandwich that was cooked to perfection. My wife had a salmon salad. She said the salmon excellent and the salad was crisp and fresh.
The building was relaxing, and had friendly atmosphere. They have seating outside in the front and in a rear patio.
The staff was excellent. I would recommend a stop in if you are in the downtown area of Winter Haven, or even if you are close by and just want a great place to take a break.

This is my husband and I’s go-to choice for date night. We’ve eaten dinner here a few times and it never disappoints. This place is delicious from the drinks and apps to entrees and desserts. Logan is personable, knowledgeable and a phenomenal server. Can’t wait to come back and try out their Brunch menu.

I enjoyed everything I ate, nice restaurant. If you haven't tried it, you should . TASHA was great , she connected with her customers. They have outdoor seating in the front and at the back as well.. clean throughout, including the bathrooms... The reason I have 4 stars overall was for time waiting for food. It came hot, but serving time was lengthy. You could feel the wait between talks and drinks , so you know what I mean.

I had a very large party and the manager/owner was able to accommodate us on short notice with kind and quick response. Our family and friends all raved about the food, it was amazing. The service from Tasha and Julian was even better, they handled about 40 of us with ease. We had a wonderful time and thankful they could fit us in.

We dined here for brunch and really enjoyed our meal. My wife had the Cuban Sandwich and Cajun Fries and I had the sirloin and fries. Everything was delicious and the service was very good as well. I especially liked the chimichurri sauce served with the steak. The setting is very nice in a restored historic building in downtown Winter Haven. We’d definitely come back.

We went there for a (semi-special) family dinner and while a little pricier than our usual choice, we loved that it was not a chain, lovely setting and excellent food!
It was way quieter than expected for a Saturday night, but that led to great service and attention :-)
The ahi tuna starter was amazing, the fish and chips substantial and the steaks just as described.
We didn't leave room for dessert but shared a couple anyway and they were gorgeous (bread pudding and brownie)

Today was my first experience at The Fire, and it definitely won't be my last. My friend and I showed up with 5 minutes to go (1455) for brunch. We not only had amazing service from Valerie (sorry if I spelled it wrong), but the food and atmosphere were perfect, and it will be a regular place for me from now on. Sorry, I forgot to take a photo of the brownie first. It looked and smelled so good I forgot, so you can only see the aftermath.
If you're just driving through Winter Haven or live here, you should check this place out, and you won't be disappointed. Thank you for everything, Kevin and Valerie. See you again soon.

Stopped by here for lunch on a Monday. Tater tots were yummy, crispy and cheesy. The ahi tuna salad was great especially the citrus ginger dressing. My daughter had the poke bowl. She loved it, except the two scoops of avocado. Everything was delicious and our server was extremely attentive.

Dinner for Two. I came by for lunch with my boyfriend. It has an interesting atmosphere-- dark, cozy, a little bit like a bar setting. Anyway, we had buffalo wings and the Avocado Burger. It was quite delicious and I would definitely recommend the place for anyone looking for a relaxed food, casual food (burgers, fries, etc.), and friendly staff.

The Jacobs Family. Our Favorite spot when visiting! The steak is always made to perfection, food prompt and warm. Servers are always super friendly esp to our kids (4)!! We love the patio with live music on the weekends. We are a Large family on a budget an awesome atmosphere and superb food (fine dining on a budget!!!)...5 stars!!
