Arby's

My family has gone there before but it was my first time there and when I say that I loved the attention there, I mean it! We usually go to the Arby's on Colonial (in Winter Garden), but their service is NOTHING compared to this location's. We will make the drive to this location from here on out. As mentioned earlier, my family has gone here before and they told me that they have amazing Manager-in-training, Mickey, who fills the room with this positive energy. I was lucky enough to have interacted with such an amazing person. Mickey's energy is amazing and it seems as if she is kind with every person she comes in contact with. We were waiting for our food and I could just hear her supporting her employees in the kitchen. She is clearly a great addition to any workplace because of the happy environment she creates for both her employees and customers. Went in the wash our hands and noticed the bathrooms could be a *little* cleaner, BUT to be fair, they were in the middle of rush hour when we went. It's great to see them have a lot of guests coming in through the drive-thru and dining room area (nothing compared to the other Arby's location).

Brand new Arby's in Winter Garden! Despite the long lines inside and through the Drive-Thru, the customer service was quick and friendly. Consistent food quality as one would expect from an Arby's. The biggest challenge is getting in and out of the restaurant thru the byzantine traffic flow at Winter Garden Village. Recommended for fast food, roast beef sandwiches and fish sandwiches during Lent.
