Extremely tasty food here! Probably one of my favorite Mexican restaurants. Definitely my favorite around town. The ambiance is very nice and relaxing and warm. And if you so choose you can eat outside and enjoy the whether under a roof but still outside. The service is good and the food is amazing. One time I fell asleep in the car afterwards even before we left the parking lot it was so good.
Friendly, attentive service. Food was very good. It was worth the drive from Roseburg! We had the Zapares and the Tampipollo, both dishes were excellent! We will definitely be back!
I have always enjoyed my visits to Carlos's. The staff is fast and friendly and the food has always been on point. The salsa has great flavor and not too much spice. My only gripe is that the prices seem a bit high, but the flavors are authentic and there's nothing else that comes close to them in the area as far as quality. Clean, organized, and always a good experience. Highly recommend.
This place is pretty cool the atmosphere is super relaxed and just feels like a nice place too have dinner, be careful they are very attentive with refilling the drinks and chips and salsa they are not shy, you will fill up on chips really fast, I had the jalapeño poppers appetizer it was really good and this is weird but the ranch you dip it in was some of the best ranch I think I've tasted, moving on. The dinner was awesome the portions are really big so like I said careful not to fill up on chips. I didn't have one but I saw a huge margarita go past me and I don't usually drink but I was like that looks awesome so that's next time, anyway good food friendly staff watch out though because they're very quick on refills its all fun and games until you're entree shows up, but they're ready with take out boxes and will even let you take some ranch and salsa with you definitely try this place out
The most wonderful food I've had in a long time. Wonderfully fresh even down to the chips. It wasn't really crowded but the serving staff was very attentive without us feeling either neglected or bothered. Without a doubt one of the best restaurants in Roseburg and surrounding areas!!! Eddie was our server and he was fantastic. 💜
Carlos Restaurante is by far my top pic of Mexican restaurants in Douglas County, the employees are super nice and the service is fantastic. The food portions are at the perfect amount, not to much and not to little. If you like chips and salsa they definitely provide you with some quality salsa as an appetizer before your meal along with some great chips!
Yes this place is great!!! My brother Jim Bingham took us there when we came to visit him in Oregon, very good! Got to sit outside and that's my favorite spot to sit. Hope to come back soon.
