I called in a meatball sub for pickup. Update your website if you don't offer curbside pickup anymore, or moreso, don't give attitude on the phone for asking WHEN YOU STILL ADVERTISE THE SERVICE ON YOUR WEBSITE. Upon entry into the deli, the male worker's attitude was that I was bothering him just by being a customer. The whole customer experience for this "mom and pop" deli felt more like a toxic family relationship. Regarding the quality, quantity, and flavor of the meatball sub. The so-called "meatballs" lacked such flavor that I almost considered having COVID a second time. For almost ten dollars, Subway would have been a better deal. However, I try to give my money to local businesses but I will not be back.

The co owner, Jen, who is the wife of the other co owner, John, is very rude. When you call in an order and have plenty of time to wait for them to catch up, Jen does not listen to your order and at times, hangs up on people. There are signs all over store that if you dont like their service you can leave. She is very rude while people are waiting.

Absolutely the best roast beef deli cuts in the world. Service is fast and consistent. love the old-school grocery store. No plaza, no huge parking lot, no lines. Has holistic, herbal remedies that benefit mankind. This place is near and dear to me, and if I can get it here, I do. These people are doing it right. Thank you guys!
