Guys at drive thru could definitely use some training in customer service. Asked if I could still get breakfast items, last I visited McDonald’s they served some items all day, the answer was “no you can not” okay... sorry I asked, I could hear giggles in the background. Id get it if it was a teenager just learning about customer service, but these boys looked much older.

Ordered 3 medium fries, McChicken, cheese burger only ketchup and onion, and a Mcdouble no pickle...the slip on the mcdouble said no pickel and get home and find pickel on it. Every other time I get a mcdouble it either has pickel or not when I ask for no pickel. Wish it could be more consistent. Also I recommend don't put no pickel on the slip if it has pickel on it. Next time I go througb drive thru I'll sit there and check every sandwich.

They have a quick moving drive thru, and I like that Staff wear gloves and masks for everyone's protection. They don't touch your credit card, you get to insert it into the machine.

Place usually takes longer than it should and twice I've been there they charged me more than the menu price and when I asked they just said it just changed a few hours ago. Nah son y'all trash quit playing prolly ringing up stuff full price till I drive away ring it back up at promo price pocket the 3 dollar difference. I know yo games mcdonald's

They have a sign that says: have your payment ready for quicker service. Yet they tell me to pull ahead and and wait its gonna be a few minutes for your food to be ready . It's a two way street not a one way !

I don’t normally rate fast food places, service was fine, but I had dirt/something sandy in my chicken nuggets... it tasted like they had dropped them on the floor and picked them up. Nuggets are my favorite and never have I felt like I’m grinding sand while eating them.
