Asian Cafe

Great first experience! My wife wanted to venture out of our usual Waterville/Augusta bubble of restaurants so we decided to give Asian Cafe a shot. The online ordering process was nice and easy (although it could use more pictures for each item), curbside was simple, the staff was super friendly, and the food was delicious. But the best part is that they actually called me to let me know that they forgot to give my one of my appetizers. I can’t recall that ever happening before - most restaurants just let it be your problem to solve. I promptly turned around and I’m glad I did. I had a great chat with the owner and as I stated before, when I got home, every single item we ordered was delicious. We’ll be back!!

My history with ordering asian takeout has been disappointing to say the least so when I discovered this spot I was pretty blown away. The food is fresh and always delicious. I've never written a review for a restaurant in my life so this is definitely saying something. My regular is the spicy fried rice and it is spectacular. I'm a sucker for fried rice but the heat and the thai basil make it outstanding. Highly recommended. One of these days though, I really want to try to the duck.
