I have not ate at Sonic in a while but today, I wanted a coney so I got my meal at the drive thru and went home for lunch. I opened the bag and was very dissatisfied. My tots looked a year old but I ate my coney anyway because it looked decent. Come on Sonic employees! We’re paying customers! It’s not like we have many options in this small town!

Stop at Sonic in Winslow, AZ, the manger that worked on Saturday (May 28, 2022 at 7PM) was horrible. I cannot believe Sonic would hire someone who has an unprofessional customer service skills. They gave us the wrong order, we then told the the correct order. The manager was very irritated that she had to correct or order.. We tried to pay the overage and she threw the money back at us.

All around terrible experience, food was old, order was wrong, and they had a terribly hard time taking a rather simple order. Made no effort to rectify the situation.

Terrible service. Took 30 minutes to get my order out once I pulled into a stall. And it was an order ahead order so they had extra time. When I finally got my order my large tater tot was only half full. And there was a hair in my ice cream. Really disappointed

They were fast and friendly! Just a little different because of the one way roads. Had a burger with tots and it was very delicious!

Horrible!! We stopped for breakfast for our long drive home and I asked for a super sonic burrito with no jalapeños and they put like 3 HANDFULS of jalapeños on it that I can’t have!! There was hardly any egg or sausage on it, it was alllll jalapeños and onions!!! And my fiancés burrito was messed up too!!

Very nice employees, but a little disappointed that you cannot get any type of malt shake. Other than that, great stop on ol' route 66!
