As far as the service and employees, everything was fine. They were nice and polite. However. I ordered their apple pie, which I usually love, but they have changed it. Their pies are not the same and I am not a fan of the new ones. Of course, their ice cream cone is good as always.

This is my favorite Mcdonald's. Customer service is great. Drive thru service is great. Curb side picks up are pretty quick, I have been going there for some time and never had any bad experience. I ordered through app twice once and the manger detected it and fixed it on his side and informed me. I was refunded after the usual processing days. Staff is friendly.

Vwry poor service i was the seventh vehicle they pulled to the side because my order wasn't ready got two double cheese burgers and six pieces nuget took 15 min it has become a constant problem at the Winfield loacation

Ordered two 1/4 pounders no cheese no ketchup, receipt said same, got home cheese ketchup, called and was told they would replace, no driving 10 miles to exchange. Guess reading isn't required for job ?

It's always clean but right now you may not fine in. You may order right inside the dining room door or at the drive through.

Place is always clean and staff are very pleasant. Food has always been hot and fresh. Only complaint would be that there's almost always something missing or incorrect with drive thru orders. Not usually a huge problem though, I've grown up in the area and overall I've had great experiences here.
