While the brisket tasted good, I found the portion size lacking for the cost. The sides were also heavily lacking in portion, I saw some other pictures on reviews and that is not how our meal looked at all.
The staff was friendly and did a good job, added a star for that.

We had Boss Hog's cater our 4th of July party for 60 people. The price was excellent! I would highly recommend choosing them for you needs if you choose BBQ!

Glad I found Boss Hog’s! Tried the ribs, pulled pork and brisket. All were amazing, but the ribs were some of the best I have had! Great family owned place that you should definitely check out!

An amazing BBQ joint. BBQ so good I would walk an hour for and I did! Brisket like I had never had before. Spicy BBQ sauce is like non other. Owner brought me a sample of a rib and I was in heaven. It had an unbelievable crispy black peppered top. Inside was a perfectly slow cooked red meat that disintegrates in one's mouth. Sides have great flavor. Green beans are special. Great service. Owner is a disciple of the Kansas City dry rub BBQ scene. Even serves beer.

Delicious, absolutely fantastic BBQ. The staff was awesome, helped the prior patrons order, sharing with them what their favorites were and all the other options available. They helped me decide on what I was getting (the ribs were a good call 😀), and it was delicious! The sauces we're great and the meat on it's own was awesome. I love good BBQ, and this is really good BBQ. Will definitely be here anytime I'm back in town!

Had the loaded baked potato with brisket and a rib on the side to try it. I like rub and do not like sauce (as a reference). I thought the flavor was good on the brisket and ribs. The ribs had a nice black pepper flavor and fell off the bone which is how I like mine. Meat wasn't overly smoked, had a lot of flavor, didn't need sauce, and prices were very reasonable. My wife had the loaded potato as well but didn't care for hers at all. I'm not sure why. We usually like the same things and I enjoyed mine.

Very good smoky BBQ and the place is super clean inside. They staff greets you as you walk in with a friendly smile and more then happy to help you with your choices.
So if you're in the area stop by and say hi and get a bite to eat you'll be glad you did nice small town atmosphere.
