I pulled up to a spot and was told rude and very loud that drive thur is the only thing open ok so I pulled up to drive thur to hear hi what can I get you I let that one go I ordered 3 things 2 of them was blasts with extra candy and this is what we got and heard anything else 4 times which almost got somebody talked to

I really don't know why this place is so low on ratings. I visited this morning, my order was perfect and brought right to me. Extremely nice lady that works there, Rosa! I hope to have more trips this way just to stop by! Thanks Rosa, you know customer service skills in these times and that's rare!

Just the worst. 30 min wait with no one there. Maybe 2 people working. Always out of half the stuff. Stale buns half the time. Seriously, embarrassing. I’m a nice person. I never write reviews. I still suffer there once in awhile because I love sonic. Need to put this franchisee on some probation. Who running this joint?

This sonic never seams to have enough workers, I pulled into one of the stalls and they where closed. I then pulled into the drive through and was told it would be a 30 minute wait. I was willing to wait 30 minutes and I still wanted to put my order in. 30 minutes later and still no one had taken my order.

This place is confusing. Usually the people are really nice despite being obviously understaffed and over worked. Sometimes get a VERY rude car hop. You can tell the owner is cheap. The stalls are way to small and all of them are beat up because they're too small. Now, you have to go to a stall because the drive through speaker isn't working. We had to leave because my stock truck doesn't fit in the stalls at this one. To the owners and Sonic Corporate, do better. Remodel this one and pay to get more staff in!

This is the second time we've tried to eat at this Sonic location over the last 4 months. The first time, we waited in a stall for over half an hour for milkshakes. This time, we attempted to go through the drive-thru and waited 20 minutes after ordering before giving up and exiting without our order. They served 1 car in that 20 minutes, and there were 3 more in front of us. We weren't in a position to wait potentially over an hour for a couple of limeades. I understand that there are staffing issues everywhere, but some notice up front about how long orders are taking would be appreciated. At this location specifically, because the drive-thru is located in such a way that it is literally impossible to exit the line at any point before the order speaker, it would be helpful if they posted signage about significant wait times somewhere near the entrance to the drive-thru.
We won't be returning as customers to this particular location, at least until staffing issues are resolved.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!🛑🛑🛑 The food takes forever to come out at night. I waited 45 minutes in line and we couldn’t even pull out of the drivethru because of the bad building model. Also it is not clean and the workers don’t care about you or your feelings. Do not go in the night because it takes a decade to even put your order in. My rating would be a 0/5 but that isn’t an option available. Not impressed sonic.

Absolutely the worst customer service I've experienced. Waiting for over 30 minutes after arriving for an online order of two shakes. Twice the server came out and asked me if what they were carrying was mine. It wasn't. They just complained that it wasn't working. The staff won't answer the call button. Go to Dairy Queen and save a half hour and a headache!
