Shandare Restaurant

We've enjoyed the Keg many times and it is one of our favorite places in Windsor. The filet and lobster tail were as delicious as expected. Only downside for this visit was the temperature in the restaurant. Full disclosure it was during a really unseasonably hot spell and I don't think their AC unit was handling things well. It was warmer than usual and didn't offer the comfort that we had been accustomed to.

Edit May 2022: Spencer, you rocks man. Keg is lucky to have you in their team. I say, excellent customer services that I ever witness & I think that should be the benchmark. You simply made my day. I would definitely visit again. Keep up the good works. Cheers. No doubt the food is good. I liked my salmon with vegetables. I wish the portion of meal could be larger, may be another slice of fish. I felt hungry even after finishing my meal. The outdoor seating arrangement is good, though a bit noisy due to continuous traffic. They are following COVID-19 protocols with social distancing, sanitizers etc. It took me for a while to find the parking and it was not free. The customer service is excellent, though a bit slow, may be due to a bit rush.

Came here last night with My boyfriend. Our server Spencer absolutely ROCKED. Took great care of us! Always made sure we had enough water and was satisfied throughout the night. Definitely the one to ask for when reserving a table! Other staff were really accommodating as we asked to change our seats (I know is annoying) but she did it with a smile and made sure our next move that we were satisfied with The food was great, steak was very tender and juicy everything was well seasoned. Will definitely be back!

I was here 2 weeks ago. I sat at the bar, and the bartender Jill took excellent care of me! She recommended the ribeye steak, and it didn't disappoint 😋 It was cooked to perfection!! She made me a couple of drinks too. A Whiskey Sour and a Brown Sugar Old Fashioned. Excellent as well!! Can't wait to come back!! Thanks Jill 😊
