Awesome pepper burger! Made a stopover in here on a 14 mile walk with the Windsor JROTC and I can safely say this place is the lifeblood of this town

I love Bart's. I get breakfast there whenever I am nearby. The breakfast sandwiches and baked goods are always freshly made and delicious. The staff is warm and friendly. Can't say enough good things. Try the scones, man. Or get a glorious morning muffin 😋.
Also, the perfect place to get baked treats for your friends at the office so they don't give you the stink eye when they see you went to Bart's...but only for yourself.😉

What a wonderful place with amazing food and the friendliest staff! We went there on a field trip with a large group and the staff was super organized with our orders and so warm and inviting with the students. We will be back for sure!

Hot dogs weren't cooked only asked for mustard relish and onions had to repeat myself three times two kids working there. Fast food is not their Forte they should look for a job doing something else

If you are looking for a traditional luncheonette menu with foot long hotdogs and curly fries, this is a place for you. The staff were friendly and cooked up our order quickly. There are picnic tables outside to enjoy your meal along the Farmington river.

Food quality has gone down but prices have gone up. Guy who owns this place clearly has no idea on how to run a restaurant.
