Buffalo Wild Wings

Last night I ordered take out from this location for the first time. I was greeted by a server at the door who showed me the take out location. The young lady at the register (PH) was pleasant, helpful to instruct me on how to place an order, and repeated my order to make sure it was correct. There was even a gentleman going back and forth to place other orders quickly and neatly in the warmer. I was very impressed with the service! I received ALL my items correctly and neatly placed in the bag with napkins, utensils, dressing, carrots/celery, ketchup, and sauce. EVERYTHING WAS THERE! 🤯🙌🏾 My husband and I enjoyed the food and saved some for tomorrow!! Kudos to the Chefs, servers and managers! We will definitely be back!

The waiter didn't know the menu, gave us to go boxes 15 min later no bill, I had to request our bill. Gave us our bills time passed couldn't find him anywhere finally walked out from the back on this phone I said we were ready, he either didn't hear or ignored as he was still on his phone and stopped at the hostess station still on the phone. Food was great which was why we picked it.

Honestly, I would give them no stars. As a truck driver, you can't help when you come off of the road. I called this location and asked to put in an order ahead of time and was hung up on after I was told to hold on. I then drove to Buffalo Wild Wings and went inside, since I still had an half hour until the restaurant closed. I went in and saw one of the waiters behind the desk and asked if I could put in an order. He looked like a cat caught his tongue and didn't say a word. Then the other waiters from the kitchen came out and one of them asked "what's wrong" and I explained I wanted to make an order. Clearly everyone wanted to go home and I was told "sorry the kitchen's closed" I was so angry that I just walked out without saying a word. As a trucker on the road all times of the day and night and not being able to park anywhere or having time to eat, this was a real disappointment and very upsetting. Customers shouldn't get hung up on when trying to place an order ahead of time to avoid any hassles and a restaurant shouldn't be closing a whole half an hour before its time and turning customers away. Never again.

My wings were dry and hard I had honey barbecue & teriyaki. My daughter Wings were OK she had salt & vinegar wings and my friend had the smoked brisket sandwich he stated it pretty good. For appetizer we had nachos they pretty good but they could have been better by spreading the toppings around better.

An accidental request by a customer to switch the channel on a TV from watching music videos to a football game turns a restaurant to a sports bar it is today. The restaurant has created an atmosphere to get together with your friends, watch sports, drink beer and eat wings. If you beer, sports and wings (depends on your personal taste buds), then this could be the place for you. We were trying to go watch the super bowl this year and decided to go to BWW. We tried to make reservations but the website didn't give us that option so we visited the location in Manchester, CT which was full. So we called in to the Windsor, CT location and drove up there as they had availability with no wait times. I don't drink beer but they have a $3 draft beer that I have been told is pretty decent, the screens had the super bowl game with pretty much all seats having a good view to the screens. However, this is my third visit to this franchise and I'm yet to adapt to the taste of their wings....I just have to say, I have eaten better wings at way too many places to give BWW a better rating. The rating also, included the crowd and the atmosphere that was not on par with my prior experience. However the staff was helpful, patient and friendly both in person and over the phone.
