I figured I would give this location another chance. i got a quesadilla that wasn't left on the tortilla cooker long enough to melt the cheese i took it back in to have it heated the way it should have been in the first place and this it how it was givin back to me no bag not covered if I could give negative stars I would.

The food is fresh and delicious but the heart of the store is the employees they are well organized and they serious about their jobs and I love the fun atmosphere they bring is just an added touch outstanding job employees should receive a bonus

Slow even for an online order. I will continue to go to the Goucher location always clean neat and timely. Security back line is dirty with food everywhere.

Amazing customer service and food is tasty. Julissa prepared my food and closed out my order. I will pass other Chilotle's just to get to this one.

they are pretty fast and has a really good customer service. the restaurant however do get busy around noon and dinner time so avoid those times or do mobile order.

Super bad place, rudest customer service I have ever seen. Placed an online order got there at 10:39 and was told I have to wait my order is not suppose to be ready at 10:45. Will never come back and definitely not the best place to eat from there food was everywhere on the counter.

Takes forever to get your food even if it’s only 2 people in line. Most of the time the staff is talking and playing around. All tho It is quicker to go inside then to order pick up. If you order pick up your still waiting 10-15 min after you get there
