Wendy's

The food is never fresh, they are always missing something. When asked to make fresh they still had you old food, I actually work at a Wendy’s and when someone ask for fresh food we put down fresh food. I feel like they are so worried about their service that they rush to get everyone out the line, mind you when I went there was only 3 cars. Also they never pick up the phone when you call.

Went through drive-thru and ordered the 4 for 4 Spicy Chicken with Spicy Nuggets with Sriracha Sauce and All-Natural Lemonade. Sadly, it's not the first time that they give me regular nuggets. They're so worried about their service time that they don't want people to wait. I've worked at a fast food restaurant for 6+ years so I have an idea about what they're trying to do. I would've waited for the Spicy Nuggets, but instead they used regular nuggets. Not only that, they didn't even give me the sauce. I honestly hate going to this Wendy's, but sometimes I'd like to think "Maybe this time will be different. This time they'll get my order right." Unfortunately, it's always the same. My wife refuses to go to this one and is willing to go to the Wendy's in East Windsor, which is further. I happened to go to the one in Windsor Locks today because I was only ordering for myself. I'll be visiting this specific Wendy's in a couple of months to see if it has changed. I doubt it though.

Apparently the entire team is clueless. Couldn't understand the young man on the speaker, and he obviously "wasn't there" because he asked for our very small and simple order, 3 times. Med frosty, 2-6 piece nuggets, ranch and BBQ packs and a small fry. The young man at the window was lost in a lost world, and after seeing his interaction with the "manager", it was clear, the reasoning behind being lost. Asked for a receipt, as a business owner, these are extremely important, at which we were told, "We don't have receipts." Wendy's. A billion dollar chain. No receipts? Poor management. Poor service. And still didn't get the simple order correct.

Wendy's food is good but at this location after hours it's nasty and cold My son order cost $ 16.38 we pulled up to check are food some of it was cold especially the fries we went back around the drive-thru and asked them to replace these fries at first they were giving me a hard time I said to them the food is cold a gentleman took the fries I believe they dip the fries in oil my son taste the fries he said it was okay we didn't want to waste anymore time because he was on his way to work but I told him if we are going to go to this wendys again we have to leave early and ask for fresh food or go inside so you can see how the food is cooked because it wouldn't surprise me that those nuggets and the fries would just sitting in a warmer I used to work in fast food and that's what our manager would tell us to do.
