This was a first-time visit. The food was good, the prices were reasonable.
It's take-out only. There is no decor to speak of and the waiting area needs painting, BIG-TIME! However, it is clean and the plants help make it look less like a storage area.
Most Oriental fast-food places removed seating and dining facilities during Covid and haven't reinstated them. Qin-Fang is no exception.
I would stop here again should I be in the area! The food is good, better than any of the similar Oriental restaurants in my area!
Luncheon Specials are a fantastic deal. So much to choose from and most are under 9. Includes choice of rice...soup or soda.
Staff is excellent. Outdoor seating. Mostly, 2- go. Hours vary.
Great food and decent prices. My only issue is that they rarely answer the phone. Most of the time I have to go there to place my order then wait around for it to be done.

No issues with the food at all. Portions are large for the price. Kung Pao Chicken was good and the veggie Moo Shu lasted the kids a couple of days.
Don't forget to pick up chopsticks and sauces yourself before you leave!
I had the best boneless ribs i ever ate here. It could use a face lift but its clean and the food is terric. The pork and stringbeans fantastic also.
I order seafood udon and beef with mix veg. . Taste good.
I was impressed! You know Chinese food is always the same. Not often do you find one that tastes actually really good. Most are bland, tasteless, dry not even soy sauce or duck sauce can help. This is the 2nd Chinese restaurant in my lifetime that actually was excellent! The fried rice even tasted fresh! Everything we ordered was wonderful. Happy I didn’t have to say the same ole, same ole!
Most recommend dinner option in town, if you come visit. Foods are delicious, and with very reasonably priced.
Great Chinese food every time! Best fried dumplings and always fresh, fast and delicious. The lady who works/owns the place is amazing and the hardest worker. Definitely worth trying when in Windham.
