I’m not sure if the franchise owner is attempting to cut corners or this is just how it is during the morning rush, but this is the “coffee” I have received when I stopped here a few times. Even after specifying less cream on the app when ordering. I guess it’s finally time to start making my own from now on.

I have had too many bad experiences here in the morning recently. My first bad experience is when I pulled up to the window to receive my items. My items were clearly sitting right next to the window and ready to go but the two cashiers chose to talk about glitter for 2 minutes instead of giving me, the paying guest, their food. My second bad experience was today. Went thru the drive thru and forgot to say I wanted a coffee. I pull up to the window and ask the cashier politely to add a small coffee with 2 and 2. James, the cashier, was incredibly rude and said “no the line is long”. I was quite surprised to hear this response because I am a paying customer and the line had about 6 cars in it. So the line was not “long”. I am a regular and spend about $60-$100 a week at this location. After the terrible experiences I’ve had at this location recently, I will be taking my business to either Jittery Joes, The brand new Starbucks that’s less than 5 minutes away, or home. The people here don’t care about you or your food, your drink or your money. Go some where else.

Horrible customer service! I walked in with my husband to have lunch. Two different employees walked past us at the register without even making eye contact. The two people at the drive thru were chatting. One made eye contact with us, but continued to ignore us. After 5 minutes of this, we walked out. At the risk of sounding like a Karen, management really needs to look into this. Judging by the reviews, we're not the only ones who have had this experience. We won't be returning.

Manager and Staff 100% disconnected from reality. Go in to order, stand at cash being ignored while staff casual chat with each other. Get their attention they come, next customer same thing. I speak with manager she says "well they are over here." Yes but the cash register is "over there" Must be a millennial thing. Better go to McDonalds at least you might get served there.
