Ruby Tuesdays

I generally don't go for chain food restaurants as I like to support local business however this particular Ruby Tuesday feels different. We see a lot of the same servers when we go in meaning they must be caring for their employees. The staff is always pleasant and on top of things. Also, we love to get the 2 for $22 meals as these give us decent portions.

Completely disappointing. I ordered dinner through door dash. 2 meals that came out to almost 70 dollars after taxes and fees. Just to receive the steaks as hard a literal rubber, no exaggeration at all ive never in my life had a steak like this, a baked potato that was burnt no butter, no sour cream nothing, and paid a dollar more for that, and Mac and cheese that i don’t even see how they call this Mac and cheese, it is completely disgusting, which i paid an additional 2 dollars for. My husband rice was completely over cooked, honestly so disappointed i wasted so much money on what was suppose to be a nice family dinner but yet turned out to a complete disappointment with no dinner. Very upset.

One star is being generous. We have eaten here before, and it has been A LOT better. Here it is Father's Day, and we placed an order that came to $80 (including tip) for two people. We had it delivered. For the money paid, you'd think they could follow a couple simple food allergy instructions. They did not. We could salvage very little, mostly dessert. After this time, I am not sure we will be back. For less than this price, we could have eaten at the Longhorn, a definitely step up in quality. Next time we will.

The food was over cooked and dry. Plus getting any condiment's was next to impossible. Our drinks were warm do to the very little ice we got. I took my family out to celebrate. We ordered two different appetizers and one was cold and the other hot. My daughter's burger was so small compared to the bun. We will never go back again Ruby Tuesday shame on you.

Ok so it seemed like a good idea. Our mistake. The staff was friendly. The restaurant is dirty. When we walked in there was only one other table with customers and so after finished their and left. We ordered only 2 appetizers it took them forever and they were cold. They were simple appetizers and they were cold. I would not recommend to anyone and will definitely not go there again. They certainly need help in more ways than one. The 2 stars are for the friendly staff.
