Arby's

Worst Arby's around hands down. The food is horrible and the people are worse. My order was incorrect and they wouldn't remake it or give my money back, then threatened to call the cops when i said that was unacceptable. This place is HORRIBLE and I would NEVER go back. Typical east side trash spot👎👎👎 If you actually like arbys then go to the location down the road at Franklin and Washington st. They're nice and actually make the food how it should be made, and get orders correct. This location should be shut down!!!!💯

Pulled up at 9:05pm. The drive thru employee said they couldnt take any more orders since they were an hour away from closing. As i go around i see one cleaning the shake cups and another cleaning the lobby. But apparently the one at Washington and Franklin didnt get that memo. It was probably 9:20pm by the time we got there. They were still pumping the orders out.

I usually got to the Arby’s on shadeland but decided to go to the one on Washington st and Franklin. This place is so trash the fries had no salt there shake machine is down and the bread to the classic roast beef and cheddar was stale and burnt . I don’t know who is in there fixing food but I’m so over Arby’s at this point especially for this location . Also out of cookies just the worst.

We got here over an hour before closing and were told they were out of chicken tenders and mozzarella sticks, and only had crinkle fries. We tried several things, and if it required frying, they were out. This doesn't seem like a coincidence to me. If you don't want to serve any customers, just close, it's really okay.
