Dunkin'

Good service, except in the morning, if you order any type of coffee with flavoring, you are likely to get something that you would never order. We go in there every morning between 5:00 - 6:30, and they not once have gotten my wife's order for iced coffee right. Good luck getting what u order. There is actually one person working in the morning who they have making JUST the coffee's, and this person doesn't speak a word of English! How can the manager or owner let that happen?? But the afternoon crew is great. Evening crew is good as well.

The reason why I didnt give this location s 5 is because I have ordered curbside 4 times and noone has ever brought my coffee out. I have called each time and only 1 of the 4 times someone came after my call. All other times I had to go in to get it. Now that they offer curbside I think corporate and manager should train their employees on the new feature which includes bringing the coffee out to the car that orders it and parks in the specified curbside to go spot. I'm actually here now and it's been 8min and nothing. I can see my drink inside where the walkin orders are not the curbside. I'm going to call again and figure it out. Please train the employees on this new feature. It is a great feature and with my knee injury it's very convenient. The coffee here is great and the service other than curb6is great too

This place literally NEVER changes except for some of the Staff over time stopped in today because apparently the DD at the Mobil Gas Station was closed for the day ( maybe because it was Christmas? they never are IDK) and this one was the next nearest one to me open. it still looks EXACTLY the same as when i was last here a few years ago: a Line of People, small almost tightly full dining room, and had to wait a little while for a XL Coffee and a Sandwich, apparently which i never noticed before the Pickup Area is EXACTLY where the Line Forms just to your left where the bend is (next to the dining room/area) leading to the Register ( because of the STUPID design/Layout of this place ugh!) which can confuse you if you dont pay attention so only come here if you must or are if in the area it still has changed very little if ANY since my last visit i never actually stop here and usually go to the DD next to Starbucks in the Center if im in the area apart from that i go to the DD up the street near me at the Mobil and only came here because i HAD to! try to avoid if you can or be in/out as quick as possible. ( PS the 3 stars is because now the coffee FINALLY doesnt taste bad anymore like when i used to get it here apart from that this is a 2-3 Star Dunkin Donuts AT Best! and dont listen to the Posted Hours Listed they ALWAYS close before that)

Great staff and service, as always consistently good coffee and snacks! They do have a sign in the window that says FREE WIFI as part of the decor. The last three times I've gone there (over the last two months) I click on "accept the agreement" bar and get timed out waiting for a connection. I tried this multiple times without success. :-( Go there for the food and service, not for the wifi.

Typical local Dunkin’ Donuts. Run of the mill coffee and edibles (mainly donuts and bagels) at okish prices. The staff can be a bit rude when they come across an unfamiliar request, but they typically will come to a satisfactory resolution. Usually I get a coffee here in the morning because it is much quick than the Starbucks next door with large morning crowds.
