Starbucks

This Starbucks location is what you would expect of a typical Starbucks. The drinks were great and the customer service was very good. One problem I had when I went there was the wait time. I know it can take some time to prepare drinks, especially during peak lunch hours, but this took way too long. I was standing there for 15-20 mins waiting for my order. I would see many people get their order before me that ordered after me. The employees could’ve done a bit better with the timing of making the drinks but I get some days are bad for stores.

Don't plan on parking near this Starbucks. Parking has been severely limited in downtown Winchester. Don't plan on using the bathroom. It's closed. Don't plan on sitting down even just when waiting for your order. No chairs. No tables. Don't plan on using their wifi to get something done. See above. DO PLAN on asking why your order is only fulfilled after all call in orders have been completed. (This reminds me of being served in a store when the phone rings. The employee picks up the phone and helps the caller for 10 minutes while you stand there.) DO PLAN on being disappointed. DO PLAN on not having to needlessly tip. ( who in their right mind tips for takeout food that you have to pick up yourself? ) DO PLAN on quickly realizing that you make better coffee at home.
