Countless times giving me the wrong sizes, or items. The food seems to be put together rushed. Way too much mayo on sandwiches. My frappes and drinks are never filled up. They charged me for the wrong items, and would not refund. I don’t know how the owners keep certain employees.

This is my favorite McDonald's located in Winchester, always fresh and hot food in a timely manner. I don't understand all of the negative reviews when I've only ever had trouble once and it was resolved relatively quickly.

Sign on door said come in and I chose to go in as drive thru terribly backed up. Tried door and it was locked. Had no choice but to go to drive thru. All I needed was 2 medium fries. Took forever to get them. Time I got home they were not hot. I only live 1 mile from restaurant. No excuse...

0 stars if I could! How do you mess up a Coke! It tasted horrible, burnt hashbrown and the worst bacon egg cheese bagel I've ever had. I took one bite and threw away.

When again on 13FEB21, I still stand by 1 star. I ordered chicken nuggets , fries and a hamburger. Everything was cold and tasted blah.

31 AUG21 Good service piss poor food! I came home and threw away the fries they were that bad! The worst part is I had to wait on fries, and was really hoping I was going to get fresh ones. Burger was ok. This is the last time I will visit this McDonalds. I really hope the owner sees this your place sucks.

Not open 24-7. Also, not open around 6:30am on a regular week day. I don’t know why this McDonald’s isn’t open for typical breakfast times like every other McDonald’s.

Line wrapped around the building and have been waiting to place order for 15 minutes. One car has been blocking the drive thru for all of this time! Says lobby is open, but locked. NO SIGN ON DOOR. All of the workers looking at us thru the door with no explanation. Lousy service!

It is 1pm currently and the inside of this McDonald’s is closed. Even though the sign says dinner room hours are 6am-11pm
