I come here almost every morning and get a curbside iced coffee. THATS IT. It takes them at least 15-20 minutes everytime to bring it out because they handle inside customers first. Orders should be taken care of in the order they are received, point blank period. It’s sad i have to call into the store and tell them i’ve been sitting for them to bring my drink out. I work from home therefore I don’t have time to sit and waste. This place is a joke, and anytime you call and complain they get an attitude with you about it.

This is the slowest place in the morning the wait in drive through is about 20 mins which causes me to be late for work whatever is happening needs to stop this is ridiculous I’m sitting in drive through writing this that’s how long it takes to get a coffee terrible service

Y’all I am SO SORRY I was in your bathroom after close I should have checked how late you were open— the sign on the highway said 24hrs. Either way employees were nice, bathroom was super clean. 10/10 would stop here again LOLOL

I love this place so much everybody that works there is always so friendly and so precise on my orders it's really nice to be able to go somewhere with great service and great coffee like this I visit this place about three to four times a week before I go to work

Ivan was a very polite and professional young man! He knew exactly what he was doing and was also training another employee! He was fast and efficient with our orders! The rude older guy at Baskin robins, right next to them, could take a few lessons from Ivan. Thank you Ivan for being an awesome worker and being polite and professional!

The last 3 times my daughter has gone into this specific location. she waited n waited. There was a guy sitting at the front of the store n said hello. The girl worker went out the door n jumped into a vehicle with a husband or boyfriend. So there stood my daughter wanting coffee n donuts n coffee that is on sale for 3 bags. Who is suppose to be the manager of this store to let people just sit around n not wait on customers. And by the way this is the 3rd time in few weeks this has happened...close up if people do not want to wait on customers..

This is my absolute favorite Dunkin Donuts! I love it here! This one is the best one I've ever been to! Service is fast and great. The employees here are especially nice and helpful.
