clean, fast service and friendly. On one occasion they had a family in there with a child that had Autism. The family let it be known as they were apologizing for a small mess. The server was so kind everyone was willing to make small accommodations so they would be able to enjoy a meal. It was quite lovely. I wish I had been writing reviews at that time and remembered the servers name.

Service was great. There were 7 of us and food arrived in a timely manner. That being said, some of the food was overdone 2 orders were spot on and one order with eggs over easy the whites wernt cooked all the through they were still partially clear.
All in all it was on the low side of typical for our infrequent visits throughout our east coast travels.

Andrew, our server, was so helpful during our late night dinner visit! The cook there said she's been working there, double shifts, for 12 years! They were super friendly and attentive and their eats were delicious!!!

I've never had a bad meal at this waffle house. The service is prompt and the food correct. I have had poor service here. My last trip, the waitress was so angry at something that it was a bit fascinating. She stayed as far away from us as she could, meaning no creamer for coffee and not an extra to be found unless we chased her down. We decided to let her be angry across the restaurant and enjoyed our food.

The food was what you expected, but the service was bad. The guy was polite and could have been a good waiter. He was so engrossed in his football game that he got our order wrong and even forgot our kids food. So my kids had to sit and watch the rest of us eat while they waited for their food.
The female cook was less than polite. She wasn't exactly rude, but definitely didn't want to be there and it showed. She was also busy watching a movie on her phone and was bent out of shape when she was interrupted.
Luckily, the employee turn over rate seems to be high here, I'll just wait until these two cycle through the system before going back.
