First time at the Waffle House and didn’t disappoint. They were busy but were able to accommodate us quickly. Food was good and service was prompt in comparison that they were busy.

They weren’t taking to go orders at 2:55am but you could sit down and eat. Usually I think this is due to tipping but the menu says there’s a 10% service charge for to-go orders so that was confusing. Overall the service was fast (there was barely anyone there), great customer service and the food taste great!

Had an awesome visit this morning! The store is clean, the people were more than friendly especially Dillon!!! He really put a smile on our faces!!! The food was, of course, wonderful 👍
When in Winchester I will make it a point to stop in for great service and food! And thanks Dave for picking up my empty plate even though you put were working the other side of the room!

We seated our self fast and friendly service The waitress came to our drink orders and gave us time to decide what we wanted ordered for breakfast. Our food was hot and fresh. Great atmosphere. Friendly service great food great staff joking around great place. Would definitely go back.

Good food. Close seating because of the size . Food is cooked perfectly but on the cool side to the point that my butter wouldn't melt. The waiter or waitresses we're all kind, and did their duties well.

Flavor was pretty bland. Wait staff was friendly and service was lighting fast. Only reason for the low rating is the food was that rough. Low quality ingredients equals low quality finished product. Not their fault. Corporate is asking them to "make magic out of canned goods."

This was the cleanest Waffle House we have ever been to. I have went to Waffle house up and down the east coast. Made the meal that much more enjoyable.

There is something soothing about friendly simplicity of a classic American diner. Big warm mug of regular black coffee. Very simple, straightforward, always the same, always there, waiting for you no matter what.
