Food was great and hot! Those biscuits, enough said. I thought meals come with a soda but that is $2.39 extra after I paid $9 for a 2 piece? I asked for BBQ sauce, thinking okay what harm would one do with my chicken meal but I had to pay for that as well? I know all about inflation but the other fast food places are not charging. My only option was ketchup or hot sauce. I got ignored when I asked for a bag because the employees were to busy having a conversation, I had to grab it myself. They might have charged me if they actually gave it to me.

We stopped by to get gas and breakfast from traveling a long ways. When the cashier saw us and she was on the phone. She told is it will be just a second. We said okay. As we waited, someone was trying to order at the drive thru. She took their order abd not us. She was rude! So, we left and didn't bother to order abd went to get breakfast elsewhere. We will never come here again!!

On 4/6/21 I ordered southern chicken biscuit and fries. Everything was well prepared. Biscuit was nice and flaky. Second visit within a few days. I also went in on 4/4/21 and ordered 2 piece great and wing with fries and biscuit. I was pleasantly surprised. The food was well prepared and fresh. Rarely give a five. This was deserving! First time in a long time that I really enjoyed my fast food whether this brand or others

The fries were good, but the chicken was just okay. The staff seemed bored and the dining area was pretty yucky and the carpet was sticky.

First time bringing my fiancée here. They don't have this restaurant in Canada. We had a biscuit chicken sandwhich and she LOVED it. 😍 The biscuit is soft, so much meat, great sauce/spicy. So worth it! She was skeptical because it's a little expensive for fast food (we are just broke now lmao). But worth every dime!
Cari was great in the Drive Tru. We are hard of hearing and she was able to understand what we wanted. She was very quick to serve!

Good fast food chicken BUT way too salty if you need to watch salt avoid this at all cost. The pulled pork though...omg are you kidding me??? It is perfection!

This Bojangles is the best one I've been to staff was very polite and friendly. The store was very clean when we were there. Now let's talk about the chicken It is the best fried chicken you can buy for chain restaurants period!!! Are meal was fantastic I wish we had a Bojangles near us cuz I be there alot

I love Bojangles' crispy fried chicken! LOVE IT! I live in New Jersey now, so I'm a 4.5hr drive from the nearest Bojangles! As soon as we reach Virginia, we stop for chicken. It's the chicken of my youth! My husband, who grew up in NJ, has become a huge fan of Bojangles' chicken AND those Southern Style biscuits! He says that he would easily weigh 450 lbs if we lived in the South because the food is so good! This location served excellent chicken, COLD cole slaw, and tasty seasoned fries! They were friendly and fast!
