Adore and admire this location! Everyone is always so nice and attentive, to my needs when ordering, going about the store, and asking me about how I’m doing! Will definitely recommend to anyone close and in need of an early/late pick-me-up, and not desiring the vapidness of most coffee shops that just want to project a sense of superiority… you don’t get that here 💚

The front door was locked due to a leak inside but they were servicing online pick up orders. The staff was absolutely gracious and accommodating even though most customers were very rude. They got people their orders quickly and worked around people’s terrible attitude.

I’ve been coming to this location for about two three months now. And I have no complaints about how I’ve been getting treated nor the service. I completely get being under staffed. Today I saw a young woman handle the store by her self with speed and politeness. She did an awesome job working under presser and alone. I’m very bad with names it was today superbowl Sunday around 8 ish. And the manager with the dreads has always been polite and respectful actually giving just the right amount of conversation to get my day started. Yes they could definitely use more help but overall I gotta say not bad giving the circumstances.

This by far is the worst Dunkin that I have to sometimes visit. Service is absolutely terrible...there is ZERO SENSE OF URGENCY at this location. If you are in a hurry..stay away. Management seems not to care. There generally is only 1 person serving the public and last time that I was there, the manager was in the back and care not about what is going on. It is too bad...because it is a good location

American runs on Duncan donuts it was good I ate some donuts nice and moist they tasted super good like the rest of donuts that I have ate from Duncan super delicious and also they have wake up raps they're all so really good but sometimes they mistake the orders which is funny because like I ordered some food and then they mistake it and then I get new food and then I taste it and it's actually good

The food is always good, their service is quick. In addition, on my last visit I was in a rush and drove off before they gave me my hot chocolate and I did not have time to go back for a week. When I went back and told them what had happened they were very gracious and gave me a hot chocolate without charging me for it. That's the sign of a great business :-)

I use the app now to order my-only reason to go to DD-iced coffee.. It's fast and usually waiting for me when I get there... And the $2 for 10 munchkins are nice motivator too...

What I love about this particular Dunkin’ Donuts location is that they really try and for the most part succeed in fitting into the neighborhood coffee shop category a title that who knew could ever be bestowed onto a DD location. The outdoor seating area is very welcoming and inviting to say the least. #americarunsondunkin
