just wanted to say thank you. the whole world is understaffed, and at my work we get many complaints for being short staffed and people not having patience, but when i go into establishments i never expect them to rush, and its unfortunate people do. at the end of the day, saving 5 minutes wont change much. thanks to Tate (according to my recipt i didnt catch their names). fav one stop smoothie shop!
I've had good and bad experiences here. Good lately. One time ( out of ~12 ) they made my smoothie very runny and did not honor the 10% off if you bring your own tumbler. Other times have been good. Today they refunded the 10% that was missed.
I came in today with a special request to add oats to my smoothie. Oats are not a "boost" listed on their menu but the friendly staff happily made an exception for me. This type of great service will keep me coming back! Thank you!
I stop by this Jamba once every 3 months or so. Each time is a good experience. The staff has been helpful and efficient. The parking lot sometimes is full, as there are a lot of other businesses nearby. Keep up the good work!
Still great friendly staff, delivery available, app to order ahead of time contactless everything. No issues. They have outside seating with umbrellas for shade.

Best customer service I've experienced. Had to change the drink twice because the taste wasnt to my liking and they did it without a fuss. Amazing will come back again
