Took a while to have cashier come take out order. Friendly and professional. Plenty of parking. Bathroom clean and well stocked. You had to ask for napkins at the front due to COVID-19?? Would not hesitate to stop here again.

Thankfully Wilson has nearly half a dozen McDonald’s so you can go somewhere else besides here (unless you REALLY just don’t want to go out of your way to another one). The lunch/early dinner time staff here are extremely unhelpful and rude. If they get your order wrong - they don’t want to fix it and you have to pretty much right tooth and nail for them to do their job. I never care of an order is wrong - it happens, but when I told them about an issue they have an attitude from the beginning and told me “well we already made it,” and didn’t want to remake the sandwich. I also always check my bag before leaving the drive thru now (which they make sure to let me know they hate) because I’ve drove off more than once with missing food, no straws, and/or no napkins. I only go here to this location now if I just really want something to eat quick and don’t want to drive 7-10 extra minutes to another location in town.

By far the worst experience I've had with a fast food place in my life. I waited in the drive thru 30 minutes and had 7 cars go from the other side before they even asked for my order. I paid and was asked to pull up to wait even longer. When my food finally came out after another 20 minutes it was cold and the lady had a serious attitude. I will never go back to the 301 McDonald's.

Google and their sign says drive thru opens at 5:30. Sat in line for 10 minutes, nothing. Pulled around to the window and the girl tried to act like she didn’t see me. Eventually got her attention. She mouthed “closed” and ran off. It was 5:55. Every employee just standing around drinking iced coffee…..

For someone that worked in a McDonald's environment when I was younger I'm disappointed in the structure of the crew that was there today. Young employee walking around around the front counter area with drink in one hand cell phone in the other. While what appeared to be 2 Shift leaders or managers are bagging up food. Multiple people in the grill area. I just think the setup for lunch rush was terrible. Employees should have been in the right positions to be able to get food out alot quicker. McDonald's helped teach me the concept of TEAM WORK and that seems to have disappeared over the last 2 decades.

Horable customer service. They pull you forward every time you order regardless to what you have ordered. They never bring the sauces you asked for in turn makes you have to wait longer. Food is always thrown together. Just a horable place to visit period.

Honestly no issues with the McDonald’s, it’s just the homeless man that harasses everyone for money in the drive thru.. he was asking every single person in line for money when they got pulled up.. it happens every time I go here.. it’s not often due to this reason.

Okay service for McDonald's is always. It really just depends on the day how fast or slow the service is going to be every once in awhile there's somebody with a horrible attitude and other days there's somebody with the best attitude. Just always be clear on what you want and check your food before you leave
