12/26/21 We used their in store screen ordering machine. A lot of stuff wasn’t available. I ordered the breakfast soufflé but then was told it would take 20 mins. They had to refund us, and then I had to place a new order (spinach, egg, tomato, and cheese sandwich). It was good. The staff were courteous but not really welcoming. Spacious dine in area and seemed cleaned. I would say that I just don’t see myself coming back.

I love their strawberry poppyseed salad with chicken I get the pick two and pair it with the sausage and pepperoni flatbread pizza for my husband I can literally eat here every day during the summer Delicious and I always fresh😋

The food is great, but is a bit pricey. My order was correct. All of the empty tables were clean. I used the kiosk to order my food instead of going to the counter, but the staff that I did interact with was friendly. Good dining experience.

We came here fir our church Women's Fellowship. It was about 10 of us. We got Flatbread pizza salads sandwiches soup and drinks. We really enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. I love their cheddar broccoli soup. Delicious!!! Sandwiches are great too. Must go. I'm always satisfied when I go to eat here.

I love Panera and their food but last minute wanted to add a cookie on my order at the window and they told me NO!! I would have to drive around or walk in. The cookies are already baked and you need to grab them and add it to my bill. This is poor service… I wasn’t asking for a meal to be made.

I got on Paneras website roughly 755 this morning. There were NO bagels and some cream Cheese was out of stock. I thought maybe they would update the website so I kept checking back about every 5 minutes for about 30 min until I finally called at 8:35 and asked would they be putting out more bagels Today.
The sweet girl that answered the phone asked me to hold. I heard her asking What seemed to be a manager would they be putting more bagels out today. He said “No.”.
I thought that bagels were a huge breakfast staple at Panera. It was 7:55 when I checked and they were already sold out. Who knows what time they did sell out. But to not make Anymore at all Today and it is a Monday And still breakfast. That’s over 2-1/2 hrs without a huge part of their breakfast menu. (They mentioned it was teacher appreciation day and everyone wanted bagels. Sorry to be upset, but not everyone is a teacher so that “NO” answered so bluntly blew me away. WoW!! A complete thumbs down doe Panera.

The service was horrible. The meat in my Teriyaki chicken and broccoli bowl was undercook. I took it back and the lady took the chicken and broccoli out. She gave me a bowl of rice. The bread was hard as a brick. I requested a refund. I wish I could give a zero.

Are you a customer paying with cash?? I used to love Panera, it was my go to for lunches on the run and I've always had decent service with the employees at any location I've been to. The food however has always been hit or miss at this location, but nothing to really make me want to write a review. Today at the Wilson, NC location the drive up window employee "Milca" (name on receipt) miscounted the cash I had given and argued that she counted correctly and proceeded to call me a "Karen" apparently because I questioned her.
While it's easy to use a colloquial reference because another name would be grounds for termination, but directly being called something that is now inherently being termed as offensive because the employ wanted to lash out is not good customer service and I can't imagine the brand that Panera would like to employ.
Panara Bread customer service is falling short and this location by far sufers from inadequate prepaired orders, service and now this.
I spoke to Samantha but seemed to fall short, since I could hear in the background a employee handing the phone over "oh no not at peak hours" just before the call was picked up by Samantha. She was professional but seemed annoyed and rushed. She stated she would talk to employees after "peak hours." While its annoying to have to take these calls it is astonishing that a employee would react this way. I don't trust my order being right at this location and now I worry giving cash to a employee....if I'll get the correct change back or be deemed a "Karen" for any questions.
