Burger King

I’m calling corporate due to the fact that there was bulky chucks of black stuff built up in the sweet tea . There was not enough employees to run the store only 2 employees and 1 manger . It always something wrong w the credit card machine.. the ice cream machine always down . Every time I come through drive through it’s an skinny black lady that’s always being rude , she always have an very nasty attitude . The owner should be held accountable for there poorly staff .

Why is this place still open? NOTHING BUT CASH??? 15 minute wait for just the speaker..! Why not just bulldoze it and put a Central Cafe or a food truck in place..it gets so tiring to go and wait in line only to find out they either have no card service or they are moving slow. Many days I get off 95 and look over there and they don't have but two cars and if there are more I feel sad for them. I honestly have just about gotten fed up with dealing with slow fast food places..the card service was like this over three weeks ago..how do they make it. I wish you had a way to put a blinking sign over it that says don't waste your time.

Sent one of my employees to get my staff some breakfast and when she returned with the food we were missing 3 croissants and I called back to the store and had a rude lady tell me without a receipt which we did not get this time round told me im pretty much im out of luck. Terrible customer service and expected more. It was just 3 croissants. Not a $100 meal. You must be better and hire better bc we expect better!!!

Worst Burger King I have ever been to. There were 3 people in line and as soon as we got up to the door the manager locked the door in our face and told us she couldn’t handle more customers. So we went across the street to Chick fil a where the drive through line was wrapped around the building and the lobby was packed, placed our order and sat down and had our food brought to our table. Chick fil a needs to start loaning employees to other fast food joints to teach them how to serve customers.
