First experience with this location. It was packed at both drive thru lanes and indoors at counter. At drive thru they actually had a worker directing traffic into appropriate lane, where employees waited with tablets to take orders prior to the window. Indoors the line was long but again employees with tablets taking orders allowing you to just pay at register. Got to registers in a minute or two even though we were at least 10th in line. Food was delivered to our table quickly and hot. Workers asked us twice at our table if everything was ok. Food was delicious but I was more impressed with how they ran the store so efficiently and professionally. Other fast food chains could learn from them. Well done Chick-fil-A!

By far the most efficient and well run Chick-fil-A I have ever seen! Always a friendly smile, top notch service, incredibly fast drive thru and behind it all, a staff and leadership that cares about the Wilson community. Nothing compares to this chicken joint! I am never dissatisfied when I eat at this restaurant..it does not matter where I traveled; if I have eaten at one of the locations, it's been a good experience. So thank you Chick-fil-A team for hands down the best fast food great customer service giving place to stuff your face. Ooo my sprite was strong, and here lately at other institutions, it's rare to get a good soda. Happy and full customer!!

MY OPINION- Every FAST FOOD RESTAURANT needs to take a Training Course Under Chick-fil-A policy for Courtesy and Timely service..... At the Worst hour of the day - When the Lunch line is Wrapped around the Building Twice and The Weather is FOUL - I've still waited in Line for more than 2min 37 sec and Was still Greeted with a 😃 a THANK YOU 😊 and Enjoy Your Day.... I've been in other Chains With only 5 people in the line and beautiful Weather and had to Wait 5min + only to receive a "Here's Your order" follow by rolling 🙄 ... as if the $20+ you just spent doesn't help contribute to their salary 😒
