Chick-fil-a

I am never dissatisfied when I eat at this restaurant..it does not matter where I traveled; if I have eaten at one of the locations, it's been a good experience. So thank you Chick-fil-A team for hands down the best fast food great customer service giving place to stuff your face. Ooo my sprite was strong, and here lately at other institutions, it's rare to get a good soda. Happy and full customer!!

MY OPINION- Every FAST FOOD RESTAURANT needs to take a Training Course Under Chick-fil-A policy for Courtesy and Timely service..... At the Worst hour of the day - When the Lunch line is Wrapped around the Building Twice and The Weather is FOUL - I've still waited in Line for more than 2min 37 sec and Was still Greeted with a 😃 a THANK YOU 😊 and Enjoy Your Day.... I've been in other Chains With only 5 people in the line and beautiful Weather and had to Wait 5min + only to receive a "Here's Your order" follow by rolling 🙄 ... as if the $20+ you just spent doesn't help contribute to their salary 😒

I had a large order so I asked for a bunch of sauces and was given attitude and was told I would have to purchase the 8oz bottles even though I had a large order, which means I should be able to get enough to cover the food I had. So I discovered if I order on the app, every entree can get 2 sauces and large fries can get 3 sauces each for free. So every time i go now, I get double what I even need because of the rudeness I experienced when asking for extra sauces when I had a large order and didn't get even close to enough for what I ordered.
