I ordered a sub and was told that the computer was down, so I was given a handwritten note for how much I would be charged and left my credit card number. Within two months I had four fraudulent charges from this shop on my credit card account. My credit card company will cancel these charges, but in the meantime my credit card will have to be reissued. At least one criminal works at this shop. Avoid this store at all costs!

The have a big sign advertising the foot long for 6 dollars but then charge you regular price. I asked them about it and they rudely replied that the price is only won weekday and that today is Sunday. I told them the sign didn't specify anything about being on weekdays only, but they still would not give my the difference back. They should get fined for false advertising. I guess the mall administration don't care about having establishments that incur in this type of practice.

The workers are rude. That is not the way they are supposed to talk to customers. The look they give you makes you feel so uncomfortable and upset. It is like they are mad at you for shopping there. NOT a good experience If you are on the clock DO YOUR JOB RIGHT!
