Just had their food/chicken tacos for the first time today and they were amazing! Some of the best Tex-Mex food I have ever had. The employees were friendly too.

The Philly burrito. I don't eat many burritos but I think this was a good one. I think it's safe to assume that the steak in the burrito is what makes it a Philly burrito. It's cubes of steak, not steak prepared like cheesesteak steak. We might have to chalk this one up to a cheat Day meal. Two nice young people working there. Good overall experience.

Went here yesterday for the first time. The staff was VERY friendly and accommodating! They really let me take my time to make my choice. I decided on a burrito and liked that they offer gluten free tortillas which Chipotle DOES NOT. They also had a wider array of vegetable topping selections like zucchini, parsley, and mushroom. I got black beans, pinto beans, white rice, onions, peppers, and a whole lot more and they do not skimp on portions. I would come back here for a burrito or maybe do a bowl instead.
I took off one star and I was NOT a fan of the tortilla chips, plantain chips, or guac. The chips were way too thick and hard and lacked flavor. The plantain chips were cut with ridges which made it seem more like potato chips and I did not eat more than two. The guac lacked flavor. Actually most of the items could use more flavor. It doesn’t beat Chipotle due to the flavor but I would definitely come back here again when in the area and looking for a bowl or burrito. 🌯 For less than $10 a bowl, you can’t beat it! And it was more than filling. :)
Fantastic food and staff!! I order curbside to go often and the staff is always on point. Alfonso had personally brought my food out, at least five times, with a huge smile and a great attitude. Makes you want to frequent this place often as I do. Outstanding food and service!! Definitely check it out!
I stop in here every few weeks for lunch and I had asked if they could cater a work luncheon of approx 20 people. I'm glad they said they could as I am sure this will become a regular event for us. The whole process from ordering to eating was perfect. They provided plenty of food, utensils, sauces, and they delivered it all to our building hot and on time. While the price was absolutely reasonable, the biggest takeaway was that everyone loved the food. I would highly recommend.

Update: Lowered my rating by a star because in recent orders they keep missing things. Selected ingredients from salads, chips and dips have all been missed. Additionally we've ordered extra meat and get just as much as regular order. Typically they make things right, but it's gotten to a point where I'm tired of calling them to fix things so felt an update was needed.
Fantastic business! My girlfriend and I have eaten here often. I get burritos and she gets salads and rice bowls and we rarely even have minor complaints.
This most recent delivery order did have a bigger mistake, but they made it right! My girlfriend's salad was covered in shredded cheese, but that wasn't part of her order and she can't have cheese. I called Tierra and they not only remade her meal but delievered it far faster than i expected. Just above and beyond customer service!
So thank you tierra for doing this for us, especially during these stay at home times. We will be eating there again...though that was true before this great experience.
