During these unpredictable times it can be difficult to remain optimistic if not sane. But if you feel you need to treat yourself and your family then by all means try a “to go” dinner or specialty items from Cafe Pomodoro. Salvatore does an outstanding job in preparing some of the best Italian dishes available. Hopefully he and all others riding these tough seas can weather the perfect storm. �

Had an awesome late lunch/dinner (linner?) here yesterday!!! Great pizza with a total NY style pizza restaurant vibe. OMG try the Crispino!!! Love it! There's also a full Italian menu + Beer+Wine for anyone who wants something more than pizza.
I also did a couple apps off the dinner menu. I tried the Shrimp over Broccoli rabe, which was excellent. It was shrimp sauteed in a garlic wine sauce served with broccoli rabe. Perfect for low carb/paleo although you could easily order pasta on the side if you wanted to make it a dinner. Absolutely delicious! The Timballo Di Melanzane also off the appetizer menu could easily be a dinner. It was thin slices of eggplant, fried and then layered with linguini and mozz in served in a blush sauce. So yummy!!! The restaurant inside is adorable and the outdoor seating area will be awesome come the spring.
This place just opened the other day and is in the same shopping center as Tylers and Piree's. I think its the same owners as Cafe Sitaly in N. Wilmington. Definitely worth a stop if you're in the area and I think it will become a Pike Creek hot spot. Can't wait to go back and try more dishes!

We moved from Wilmington to Pike creek so naturally we had to try all the different pizza places around. Cafe Pom is by FAR the best. The pizza is delicious. We order about twice a week probably. Great food. The only semi negative thing I have to say is regarding the cannolis. I have a major sugar addiction so every time I order I make sure and get some. The cannolis were always nice and crunchy. But ths past 6 or 7 cannolis I've ordered were soft and soggy. Every time I order one I hope it's back to the way it used to be but it's not. Probably won't order any of them for a while. But regardless, this place is fire!!
Great experience for lunch and dinner! This awesome little Italian restaurant/pizzeria is tucked away in the corner of the Shops at Limestone Hills. Tried a slice of pizza and the chicken soup. Pizza was NY style, which I love, and the soup was definitely homemade. The owner is from Sicily, so everything is the real deal. Lunch was so good, I went back for dinner the following night and tried the Zuppa Di Pesce. Super fresh seafood with a generous portion. I'd order it again in a minute. Just impressive all around. Cannoli was awesome too!
Service was friendly and attentive, which has been difficult to find these days. This is a welcomed addition to Pike Creek, and I'll be stopping in whenever I'm in the area.

Amazing food and a friendly staff. Cafe Pomodoro is THE BEST place for Italian food in the Pike Creek area.
This was our first time trying Cafe Pomodoro. We were excited that they delivered, and had such great reviews. We ordered pizzas, which were delicious. The bonus was that they arrived earlier than promised, and the delivery guy was super polite. He even held my storm door so that it did not slam back. May seem like nothing big, but it left a big impression. Will definitely be ordering again!

Food is very good. But the service was slow last night. They need to hire busboy and another waitress. And they charged us a $10 processing fee.
