I had an exceptional experience at Burger King! The food was absolutely delicious, deserving a solid 5-star rating. The service was top-notch as well, with the employees being fast, efficient, and attentive. They made sure my order was completely accurate, despite having three separate orders. The atmosphere of the restaurant was also fantastic, creating a pleasant dining environment. I highly recommend Burger King for its outstanding food, excellent service, and overall great experience.
Okay, it's Burger King, we've all had our mixed experiences. I think one of the things people like about fast food is that there are few surprises. Our meal at Burger King in Ogden, NC, was hands down one of the best BK lounger experiences of any I can remember. Service was excellent, the food was properly prepared, and although there were 5 of us, the order was completely correct. My hats off to you, Ogden BK, thank you!

I love this burger king always fresh. PLEASE FIX YOUR AC IT WAS SO MISERABLY HOT YOUR POOR employees had to be suffering they will still sweet even tho it was 80 degrees. I hope this isn’t like this often. I hope this bring awareness because as a customer it was colder outside than inside. I’ve worked in kitchens before and I was still sweating in a tshirt. The food was great tho. I gave 5 stars because I do not want this to affect the managers since this only has been like this one time I came in

Went through the drive-through and service was quick and friendly. Pulled up to the window and got our food in about 3 minutes. The order was correct and complete, even with the extra onions and extra lettuce on my Whopper. The Burger was nice and warm and the fries were good and hot. Not to mention the fact that it saved us tons of money, lots of time, and our order was correct and complete, versus doordash always missing significant parts of your order. And doordash always blames it on the restaurant and the restaurant always blames it on doordash.
*Update went inside today around 330p Sunday to make Fridays order right. Manager on duty Charmagne made it right and was very nice. Other workers on shift were very nice too. Updating my review and stars.
Paid with the Burger King app at 1013p. The app said they closed at 11p and Google also said they were open and states it was updated 2 weeks ago by the business. Pull up 2 minutes later no answer at the drive thru. Pulled up at the window people inside ran out of sight. Two other workers came into sight 10 minutes later at the drive thru window to ignore us. Not until 1030p a mgr said they were closed. I asked for my refund and was told they have no control over the app and could not do a refund. How is the app coincidentally updated now for 10p for drive thru and dine in at 11p(still not correct btw)?
Mgr had receipt in hand showing our order. I asked for that receipt and if she can write on there we did not receive food and I can figure out how we are going to get our refund since as a mgr she didn't know anything about the Burger King app.
A Burger King locations always awesome to try to do the best they can even when they're short style to get the lines down and keep the food moving fresh so we appreciate all that they do down on 3rd Street and we look forward to more awesome times keep following us for more
I hate leaving negative reviews so when exceptional service happens I wish that to be known also! I was there about 10:45 and the lady at the window tried to up sell was polite and ensured my order was perfect. Great attitude and I appreciate her service! One of the best fast foods I've been through in a long time as far as attitude and service.
