Unsure if we got lucky or if the negative reviews are over exaggerated, but the food was perfect. We visited Arbys on a Friday at 9:30. We ordered Boneless Buffalo wings, curly fries, a Crispy Buffalo sandwich, Fish Bites and a Greek Gyro.
Our order was correct, the food was hot and delicious. We’ll definitely be going again.
The restaurant seemed short staffed, but kudos to the staff, they got the food out in a reasonable amount of time and were nice and apologized. The food was hot, fresh and on point. Good job!
Love the 2/$7 deal, but the beef and cheddar was kinda sloppy and the meat was much thicker than usual. The employees were wonderful though!

I sat in the drive thru for over 12 minutes. At the window they kept opening the window to give me food that was not mine.

I rarely go here but today was different, I didn't feel like a burger. So I went here and was expecting to get a fish sandwich I remember they had one time as a special limited time offer. Anyways they didn't have it. I looked through the menu and saw this new chicken salad sandwiches they have. I ordered the one with pecans. It didn't not disappoint me it was really good. It had just enough maynase to hold every together and the bread reminded me of Ezekiel wheat bread it was amazing. Great job Arby's of Wilmington. I will be back for that again.
Food made to my specifications. It took a while for me to get my food, and the young man who took my order was hard to understand even when I got to the window.
Much better than the other one in town. Had a pleasant experience.
