Best place to go! Service was amazing and food was hot. There was a lady running around cleaning, taking food out, putting people at a seat that came in, everything. She was walking around talking to everyone and when she got to us she asked if everything was great and if we needed anything. We talked for a minute and I asked to speak with her manager because she was doing so much and wanted to let someone know how wonderful she was doing. Come to find out she said she was the manager Samantha. I told her it was nice to see a manager who works with her staff in every way and that we would definitely be back when we are this way.

It's IHOP. Consistency is important and you always know what you're going to get at an IHOP. Late nights the place is almost empty so you get the full service treatment. Coffee is hot and plentiful, food is quick and delicious, and the service is stellar. Prices seem to be a bit steeper than a year ago but...isn't that true everywhere. Our local IHOP is open 24/7 on the weekends and that's a great spot to stop after a game, concert, party, etc. We'll be back soon! (Post meteor shower maybe?!)

You can't go wrong with IHOP. We were heading home after a long trip to Carolina Beach & stopped in. We were greeted by, who I think was a manager, very pleasant & we soon realized she might have been the only person working!
She sat us, took our coffee & juice order, sat a few more people, drinks, back to the kitchen brought out food, she had to go orders in there too, Doordash folks in and out, and this was the vibe for an hour. There might have been a cook back there, but we couldn't see all the way back thru the kitchen doors, she'd come out with multiple plates after being back there for 5 mins.
The service was efficient, she was super pleasant & we regretfully didn't get her name. I noted a sign in the lobby "help wanted" all positions. It'd clear they need it, but my goodness this individual had a smile on her face, was so pleasant & we appreciate the customer obsession. We were in on Wed, 8/30 from 7:45 - 8:45am-ish, senior leadership look it up, she should be recognized for the outstanding job she does! Good experience all around in what could have been really poor.

The food was good. The drawback was that the food came out staggered, leaving our 4 yr old next to the last to receive her food. They were also unable to make Waffles.

I really enjoyed myself. Shaunye was an amazing server. One of the best I have seen in a while. The food was great. We received everything we wanted and needed ❤️ ♥️ 💙 💛 Thank you so much. Keep that spark and drive Shaunye, and yall go far. IHop definitely has a diamond working for them.

Food was always good. Upset I didn't get my waffles but all food. Waitress Donna made up for it. She was so sweet and on point! Thank you Donna! Been a while since I had just a genuine waitress experience.

We stopped here on the way home. It was surprisingly good! I had avocado toast with a fruit cup. The roasted tomatoes on toast were very delicious and took this over the top. Hubby had pancakes and an omelet. He said the pancakes were some of best he's had. IHOP still has good food at a reasonable price. The service was very friendly too.
