Kim was the one who just helped me at the store this evening on the corner of market and Gordon and I have never in my life had someone so happy so sweet and kind and happy to be at their work, even at 1 o’clock in the morning. I’ve been having a rough day and just hearing your voice and her kindness made me smile and changed my mood completely. She deserves a raise or some sort of acknowledgment for her outstanding customer service!

Friendly prompt service at drive through speaker. Got through line quickly. Food was hot and fresh and delicious. Other McDonalds in the area could definitely learn a thing or two from this location. Thank y’all so much!!

So...it's a McDonald's. But... One of the things I like about this McDonald's is that there are electrical sockets at every table this is the perfect remote work locale the dining room is open 16 hours. This particular McDonald's seems to have attracted a community of regulars mostly retirees and for them this seems to be the spot. They also have a lively and friendly staff... Do they do need to get there espresso machine fixed, it's been down for quite a while. And they keep their bathroom fairly clean. This is a decent McDonald's... But the fact that they're expresso machine is been down for so long bothers me personally... And at one point they even tried to accidentally foist an expresso less Expresso iced coffee on me. They picked wrong person to try that... Though they made it right by comping the drink. There is a very sweet, hardworking senior silver haired woman there...who makes that place pop while she's on shift. McDonald's should just give her the restaurant.

The young man was so rude to me. Taking my order ,he mumbled and was just not polite .when I got the food. The buy one get one free ,the free one was smashed

Stopped here Thanksgiving morning. They were busy. Excellent service and friendliness. This location is running like a restaurant is supposed to run. Outside maintenance being done by Modesto thoroughly. 2 managers on duty and a neat and professional staff working together to serve customers. Fast friendly service where the employees are engaged and enjoying their jobs! Your teen ought to work here to see and experience a quality work environment. Starting $12/hour for inexperienced people? I'm a 20 year fast food experienced person. I can recognize excellence. Well done staff and management. Being from Ohio and visiting Wilmington several times/year, I know where I'm going for coffee and breakfast. Thank you for your efforts and professionalism. Pleasant to see a staffed and trained restaurant in operation.
