No one gets 5 stars these days cause u can't b perfect but I do have to say that jersey Mike's almost always comes as close as one can come to getting 5 stars. Good food and usually positive employees, I say usually cause people have bad days every now and then. Hope they keep up the good work

Had a great experience there. Reminded me of old Blimpies… had better steak and cheese perhaps I’ll try the chicken next time. Everyone was so friendly, they need more restrooms

Usually it's a good sub shop but you are getting a lot of bread and little meat and even less cheese on your $10 to $18 sandwich (regular or large). I kid you not, my provolone slices were about a millimeter thick.. the width of three pieces of notebook paper. And I only got 2 slices on my regular size sandwich.

This is the FRIENDLIEST jersey mikes location I have ever been to. And I travel for work— so I’ve been to a lot of Jersey mikes. I don’t just go write reviews for food joints but I had to share how pleasant these employees were. So positive, attentive, sweet, and uplifting. Didn’t know going into a sub sandwich shop on my way home would bring me so much joy. Honorable mention: the cleanest public bathroom I’ve ever used on the road.

Earlier this week I stopped in for a cheesesteak. I mentioned to the nice young man that last time I purchased a cheesesteak from a different location that they had given me a very small sub (bread loaf was extremely narrow) He instantly started making my sandwich and showed me the bread to make sure it was normal to me. His name is Ty, and he decided to give me a discount on my sandwich because of my last experience and I frequent Jersey Mike’s often. This kind and professional gesture absolutely made my night and his dedication to customer satisfaction is rare these days. I will only be going to this location because of his awesome work ethic and great attitude. He was an absolute delight and made me a customer for life of the CB road location. THANK TY!
