Best Place to get fast food in Wilmington. This place is the best place in Wilmington to get fast food. Every time i go there are two girls (same girls) working and they are AMAZING! This place has hot dogs, burgers, sausage dogs, and bbq. Very underestimated business!!!
Best Dogs Ever. This place has been around forever and if you go there,you'll know why! Best dogs you can get and everything is made fresh. Owners and employees are all very friendly and the old man is my favorite part of it all!
Need to get over there!. I haven't been to the Frontier in 18 months or more - and it's about the only thing I miss about working on that side of town! About the best hot dogs all the way anywhere, even if I do always grumble about the price for slaw. And I miss the milkshakes they used to make. Food always fresh, and very consistent.
UPDATE: got over there a couple of times in the past month, and it was great as always - best hot dog in town, even if they still don't have milkshakes any more.
GREAT. Awesome dive burgers and dogs. the best thing you could ask for when you're craving a good old fashioned greasey burger. A family tradition and truely an experience.
Great Hot Dogs!!!. Got two hot dogs to go and they were delicious!!! With Chili and slaw, freshly made, and the people that run the place are very nice.

Best hot dogs in Wilmington. Don't let the trailer fool you. The employees are really nice and all the food is cooked to order.
Hidden Gem. Cheap, fast AND DELICIOUS. One of the rare places you can still eat for 2 for under $15. Local favorite- don’t sleep on this place!
Good food at a fair price. Many of the reviews I read said "best hot dog in Wilmington". While that's far from true, it's still a good hot dog.
Stopped here for the first time ever at the urging of a coworker that was riding with me. The hot dogs all the way with slaw were excellent. I've driven by here many times over the years but never noticed it until my coworker told me to pull in. Quick service and great tasting hot dogs and fries for the money.
I grew up coming here as a kid coming from Sunset Park. This is a staple on the Southside and so, so many people love it as much as I do.

I've eaten at Frontier since it was originally located at 3rd & Marstellar. Moved away for 30 years and the it's is still the same.

Food is awesome! If you go there, order and pick it up! Don't use door dash, they have totally screwed it up once again! ordered 17 hot dogs, two fries and 6 sweet teas, got 3 hot dogs, 4 fries and 6 teas. This was for employees for lunch-and of course now they are not taking orders through door dash!

Reasonable prices & the dogs/burgers taste better than the comparable foods from all the major fast food chains. Fries are ok but I prefer shoestring over crinkle cut so I'm biased.

Fast, tasty food. Had sausage dogwith chili, onions, mustard. Perfectly grilled. Also had fries. They were perfectly deep fried and hot, but I wish they used a thinner fry, like carnival fries or maybe bigger, but not as thick as the ones today. The Coke was...Coke. Nice and icy.
