It was Epic! I've been going to Epic every since they first opened, and the food and service have always been outstanding. I especially love Brussels with Hustle, with chicken salad and no white vinegar dressing. And the grass-fed burger is great too! Check out the scrumptious local organic cookie

Soooo good!! We decided to try out Epic Food for dinner and so glad we did! The staff was super friendly, the strawberry mango water was yummy as was the sweet tea, and the food was great! I had the chicken sandwich with sweet potato chips and my husband had the surfer wrap. Everything was delicious
Epic is by far the best place in Wilmington to get good food that you will feel good eating. I go for lunch a couple times a week and it has been my favorite place to go for healthy food. Food is fresh and the employees are so nice and friendly. Highly recommend!
Amazing isnt even the word! Got the Brussels with Hustle added Epic Chick peas! Grabbed a cookie on the way out. Will be back!
Epic Food company hit the spot. They have insanely fresh and high quality ingredients, and everything tasted excellent. I created my own bowl, and I was impressed by how great and high quality the food was. The shrimp was good sized and tasted amazing. The service was great- friendly and laid-back.

They have an excellent GF selection, including crispy chicken! My salad was so flavorful, with fresh ingredients it didn't even need dressing. I would eat here regularly if I lived nearby.
Really unique! All the foods are fresh and delicious. I would recommend getting a bowl of some sort.
I LOVE their burritos. I order two every time! It’s good because I am a vegetarian, they support the fact too! Very friendly service! They always smile and are nice. The food is always juicy and fresh. But I do have a complaint to say that the sweet potatoes chips aren’t as fresh as they used to be
Fantastic healthy food! I come here once a week and the food is always fresh and tastes great! They have great wraps, salads, and a water bar/coffee bar!
They will make your food to go if you request and have a few premade items in coolers at the front by the registers if you need a super quick bit
My wife and I love this place. One of the few restaurants in Wilmington that has a variety of healthy and gluten free options on the menu. Recently picked up one of their pre-made, family casseroles so we could enjoy it for the rest of the week. Friendly service, great food at a fair price.
