We pretty much live here. 😆 Being vegan in Wilmington isn’t so simple, but Epic has made our lives easier and delicious especially after evening sports when I don’t want to cook! The staff is amazing (Alish is the best of the best) and my 3 kiddos and hubs all love it too. Honestly, I am not sure what we would do without this place. #epicforlife 😚😚😚
My wife and I struggle to find Vegan and gluten free food while traveling.... This place is Excellent!
We will eat here again on our next trip. Prices are reasonable
It was Epic! I've been going to Epic every since they first opened, and the food and service have always been outstanding. I especially love Brussels with Hustle, with chicken salad and no white vinegar dressing. And the grass-fed burger is great too! Check out the scrumptious local organic cookies by Carolina Girl Cookie Co!
Came in randomly, and we're super glad we did! Entire staff was friendly, and helped us make our food decisions.
Food came out pretty quickly, and when we got it was delicious.
I personally got a chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries, and everything about it was wonderful
The chicken was slightly breaded, and was juicy and delicious with the bun accenting it perfectly. The sweet potato chips were wonderful too.
Can't wait to come back for more!
Delicious! I had the Thai bowl due to my gluten sensitivity issues, and it was phenomenal! My only complaint is that there wasn't enough of that amazing peanut sauce. I also grabbed a slice of the GF carrot cake on the way out and it didn't have the chalky mouth feel that is so often associated with GF baked goods, it just tasted like a really, outstanding slice of carrot cake. I cannot wait to go back to this epic place. And yes, I just did that 😏
This place had been on my list of places to try for a while now. I am glad that took the chance to come today. I was thoroughly impressed with the amount of gluten free and vegetarian options! Today I got the Thai bowl and I was impressed. It had a great peanut sauce over top and the sweet potato chips were awesome. This is definitely a great place for people with many different diets restrictions and even those who don’t! Check them out!
Soooo good!! We decided to try out Epic Food for dinner and so glad we did! The staff was super friendly, the strawberry mango water was yummy as was the sweet tea, and the food was great! I had the chicken sandwich with sweet potato chips and my husband had the surfer wrap. Everything was delicious! Can’t wait to go back and try more!
Epic is by far the best place in Wilmington to get good food that you will feel good eating. I go for lunch a couple times a week and it has been my favorite place to go for healthy food. Food is fresh and the employees are so nice and friendly. Highly recommend!
Amazing isnt even the word! Got the Brussels with Hustle added Epic Chick peas! Grabbed a cookie on the way out. Will be back!
Epic Food company hit the spot. They have insanely fresh and high quality ingredients, and everything tasted excellent. I created my own bowl, and I was impressed by how great and high quality the food was. The shrimp was good sized and tasted amazing. The service was great- friendly and laid-back. My only negative is that for what it is, the cost is high. I'd come back here again though.
Quick and delicious eats!! I got the Loco Moco and it was amazing. They also have tasty smoothies! Will be going back.
Epic Foods is so good. It's been three months since we were there and we are still thinking about it! We were in Wilmington for a few days in June, and we kept coming back for more of their delicious Surfer bowl and the chicken salad! Wish we had an Epic Foods by us. Am tempted to make the 10 hour drive for a weekend just so we can eat there again. : ) Love love love that their food is organic and it was the main reason we went there initially. Epic foods is truly EPIC!
